How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you access or use our website and fill in our contact forms in order to get in contact with us and/or want to register for our newsletter.
What type of information is collected from you?
Some data are collected when you provide it to us. This could, for example, be the personal information we collect in the enquiry form and call-back form. This typically includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and further personal and medical information you will fill in. Filling in this personal data is fully voluntary. When you enquire about our services, the relevant third party product provider will use your details to provide us with feedback about possible treatment options and diagnostics needed.

If you are requesting our services, we require that we have the correct information to contact you by mail, phone or in person. Under the aforementioned circumstances, we will ask you to fill in some personal data.
